  THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON LINE IS INCORRECT..... YOU MAY WANT TO UPDATE IT. IT ASKS FOR A PHONE NUMBER AND A PIN NUMBER WHEN YOU CALL IT. SO PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LOOK UP YOUR WEBSITE CANNOT FIND YOUR NEW NUMBER WHICH MAKES THINKS DIFFICULT AND VERY ANNOYING, ESPECIALLY WHEN TIME IS LIMITED!!

  Had to call to get service details in order to make sure we could get a flower delivery done on time, when I asked Lincoln said um ya..... then was extremely rude and was refusing to provide details, then he told me the family has nothing planned and to just bring it and they will call the family and have them pick it up, the way he was on the phone made me not trust that option, when we contacted the flower shop in another state to have them get a home address for the family, they at that time talked to their sender and I provided no details on my conversation with Lincoln, their customer said well I thought that you would have called me and asked that because she talked to a man named Lincoln that refused to provide any details, she said that Lincoln even refused to give her their address and was thankful that we did not trust him with her flower delivery. Then he stalked our facebook and started smashing our company on the internet. He even had a coworker call us back and continued to harass us because we felt that refusing to provide info and being rude on the phone was ok with them, she even stated that they have florists that they recommend to people and we wont be one, we are not concerned with that
