  Very friendly when you first arrive, everything is open and happy but once you leave that door we have had a year of broken promises and unfriendly staff that neither knows what they are talking about or returns email or phone calls leaves the passing of our grandmother still in limbo for nearly a year. All we want is closure so that we can move on.

  They had us sign paperwork to take my fathers finger prints. Two months later they called and said they did not get his finger prints. Then 7 months later my mother gets a collections call for $259 for Mariposa Gardens. She had never once received a bill or statement. This place is poorly ran.

  A beautiful place with the most caring and thoughtful staff that you can imagine. Everyone took the time to answer our questions and ease our concerns during the most painful time for my family. We could not have asked for better care. I cannot thank the staff enough and I will always appreciate the respect and compassion they so readily gave.
