  Be careful! I am absolutely livid with Lakeshore Mortuary! I simply called for prices, was asked a ton of questions just for someone to get back to me, and never got a call back. I even requested that they not do ANYTHING until I had prices, as I was undecided. They showed up at the hospital to pick up my loved one! I had chosen another funeral home and never authorized them to take her. Thank goodness the hospital staff called to double check my request, or she would have gone to a place I did not request. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of someone at a time of mourning. The call was recorded, so they can play it back and hear me say not to do anything. I have heard this is not the first time they have done this.
