  My father passed away recently and asked to be cremated. It was my first time dealing with a funeral home. James was kind and compassionate. He was clear when it came to price and I didn't feel as though he was trying to sell me anything. The ashes and death certificates were returned to me in a timely manner. Thank you James for making the experience a little less unbearable.

  James is very personable and respectful. He handled all our needs and wishes with ease. He is always available and easy to get a hold of. Reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend Horizon for any end-of-life arrangements you may need to make.

  Horizon was probly the worst experience I could have had to go through first of all they sent one guy to pick up my husband my daughters had to help wrap and load him then the next day when we went to do the paper work James was just matter of fact attitude acted like he had to be somewhere else. When I told him my husband was a vet and we wanted the military honors he told us they didnt do that and gave me a piece if paper with numbers fir the different branches of military and i had to pick up the flag myself (even the military was upset about that. ) then he screwed up the death cert. Took over a minth and he had it for two weeks withiut letting me know. I paid for two and u was suppose to receive two with the service i never got those And i had to go to vital records to fix it and pay again. I would not recommend Horizon for anyone.
